Smt. Manju Lakhanpal aged 77 years, a retired IRS, have an Administration experience of more than 35 years with Department of Income Tax, Ministry of Finance. She has varied experience in administration, as a Chief Commissioner Income tax, as an appellate authority and at various other positions during her long stint as an IRS. She has also worked as members of number of committees under Ministry of Finance, Government of India. She retired from the position of Chief Commissioner, Income Tax, North West region in the year 2007.

Presently, She is holding Independent Directorship in various Companies. She is also actively associated with various social & educational institutions and working for welfare of society.

He is also Vice Chairman and Trustee of Durga Das Foundation which runs Strawberry Fields High School in Chandigarh. He is also Vice Chairman of Bharat Sewak Samaj (N.G.O), Punjab Chapter which is engaged in various philanthropist activities. He is also Trustee of Tilok Tirath Vidyvati Chuttani Charitable Trust running C.M.C Hospital at Chandigarh.

He was promoted to executive grade in 2001 and after serving in various capacities as Chief Manager, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager at various places such as Raipur (Chhattisgarh), HO Kolkata, Nagpur, Ludhiana, Shimla, Dharamshala, he was promoted as General Manager in 2016. He last served at Circle Office Chandigarh and was controlling functioning of 495 branches, about 2900 employee and a business of 36 thousands crores in the states of Punjab, Haryana, HP, J and K and Chandigarh UT. He has a vast experience in Banking/Finance, HRD, Planning and Controls and Supervision.

Sh. Anil Kumar Sharma aged 70 years, is well-known name in the Indian Textile Industries. He did B.Tech from Punjab Agriculture University in 1976 and obtained Masters in Business Administration from Department of Business, Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana in 1979. He has Joined Vardhman Group as Management Trainee in year 1979. After serving Vardhman Group for 6 years in various positions and multiple promotions rising up to Sales Head of one of the main units joined WTIL as Marketing Manager in 1985. At that time turnover of the company was 9.0 Crores with capacity of 16000 spindles .Presently WTIL has Turnover of over Rs. 650 Crores per annum with capacity of 1,06,000 spindles . Beside this, WTIL now has state of art dyeing and processing unit with capacity of 30T of yarn and fibre dyeing and fabric knitting and processing unit of 6 tons per day capacity.

Sh. Sanjay Kumar Kedia aged 49 years is FCA, B.Com. Hons. He is a dynamic person having more than 25 years of core experience in Accounts and Finance. He has joined the organization in May 2009 as GM-Finance and Accounts. He is having expertise in preparation of Project Reports for Greenfield Projects, funding of long term and short term loans, working capital from Banks and Financial Institutions, Income Tax matters, MIS, Financial planning and Budgeting etc. Earlier, he has worked as Accounts and Finance head in Tea Group for 9 years.

Company Secretary & Legal Head
Sh. Videshwar Sharma aged 48 years, is a Commerce & Law graduate and an Associate member of "The Institute of Company Secretaries of India" (ACS-17201). He has about 21 years of work experience in Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Laws including SEBI regulations & Compliance's thereof and Legal matters. He is Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Head-Legal of the Company Since July, 2017. Hitherto, he has worked with various corporates entities viz. Shreyans, Sportking, Hero Cycles and Ind-swift.
