We at Winsome Textile Industries limited believe that Training is the corner stone of every organisation, it can increase the productivity and flexibility of business services. To attain and maintain quality, efficiency and effectiveness in an organisation there is an ever present need for unremitting up gradation of employees through training.. The company takes conscious interest in the training & development of its employees, this includes technical training as well as behavioral training. A need based annual training calendar is formulated which cover technical as well as behavioral training. Employees are also sent for external training programs to CII, PHD Chambers, NITRA etc. Company is actively engaged in TQM & Quality Circles, which at one end acts as a problem solving tool and improves efficiency and on the other end encourages and motivates employees down the line to contribute towards enhancing the productivity of the company.
We at Winsome not only own the responsibility of developing our manpower technically but also take onus of the overall development and mental & psychological well-being of our employees. To fulfill this objective, Art of Living workshops are being conducted on regular basis to cover all our staff and workers, which has lead to self development, spiritual enlightenment and improving the happiness quotient amongst our employees.
Winsome Textile Industries Limited is engaged as Training Provider with National Skill Development Corporation under Registration number 9187 for the following :
1) PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna) for providing training to new/fresh apprentices.
2) RPL(Recognized Prior Learning) at its two Centers located at Baddi (under the Textile Sector Skill Council) for the following Job Roles :Ring Frame Tenter , Ring Frame Doffer & Autoconer Tenter.
